City of Fresno Safety Monitoring Device provides warnings to maintenance and constructions crews and drivers of the potential safety hazards when vehicles cross into work zones. This technology will focus on reducing incidents involving traveling public and maintenance and construction crews. This technology monitors the roadway, but does not provide any "connected" vehicle functions.
