Freeway Service Patrol (FSP) Vehicles provide roadway assistance and incident management support to District 6 travelers and CHP Central Division. Fresno COG and the California Highway Patrol are partners in the implementation of FSP along Freeways 41, 99, 168 and 180 through Fresno.
