San Joaquin Valley 511 centralized source of traffic information for Fresno County. 511SJV is a free web service that consolidates traffic and transportation information into a one-stop resource for commuters and motorists in the San Joaquin Valley. The 511SJV web site is managed by a partnership of public agencies led by the Fresno COG, the Stanislaus COG, the San Joaquin COG, the Kern COG, the Merced County Association of Governments, the Kings County Association of Governments and the Madera County Transportation Commission.
