Kern Council of Governments
Description
The Kern Council of Governments (Kern COG is the federally-designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Kern County. For the purposes of this Regional ITS Architecture, Kern COG manages and operates the Kern County 511, which provides real-time traffic and transit information to travelers.
